For most engagements we deploy verified, trained personnel within 7–14 days of contract sign-off. Larger statewide engagements (50+ headcount) typically scope and ramp over 3–4 weeks. Emergency cover can be arranged faster on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. All deployed personnel are on Astitva's payroll. We handle PF, ESI, professional tax, gratuity, leave management, and statutory filings. Clients receive consolidated monthly invoices and compliance certificates on demand. Our HR & payroll runs on ERPNext for full audit trail.
