Welcome to the ERPNext Wiki for our organization Astitva Multipurpose Services(OPC) Pvt. Ltd. This section provides an overview of the core modules we will be using in our ERPNext system. These modules help streamline various business operations and improve overall efficiency.

Core ERPNext Modules

1. ERPNext: The primary module that forms the backbone of our system, covering various aspects such as accounting, inventory, sales, and purchasing.

2. CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Manages leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and follow-ups to streamline sales processes and enhance customer engagement.

3. HRMS (Human Resource Management System): Handles employee records, payroll, leave management, attendance tracking, and performance appraisals.

4. Builder: A powerful low-code/no-code tool for customizing and extending ERPNext with forms, workflows, and reports.

5. Helpdesk: Manages customer support tickets, service level agreements (SLAs), and issue resolution for better customer service.

Additional Installed Apps:

Apart from the core ERPNext modules, we have also integrated additional applications to extend the system’s functionality. We will discuss these in detail in the upcoming sections.
